Benefit Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Benefit Sales Consultant to generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building. This is a high-activity, business development role that requires strong phone communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close sales.

The role will focus primarily on outbound calling to targeted business prospects to generate both pre-sales commitments and full plan sales. The Benefit Sales Consultant will also handle inbound leads and follow-up activities to convert prospects into clients.

This position is based in our headquarters office and will work closely with marketing and leadership teams to meet and exceed sales goals.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
• Use lead lists, CRM tools, and marketing-generated prospects to build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Identify potential customers and engage in consultative discussions to uncover needs.
