A company is looking for an Operational Performance Development Trainer I.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training sessions, including new hire orientation and role-based training
Perform training and policy maintenance duties, including managing pre- and post-class activities
Collaborate with operational owners to assess training needs and develop relevant educational materials
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3 to 5 years of relevant job experience
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire
Preferred knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Virtual facilitation experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
