We manage and scale digital talent while driving measurable growth for our brand partners. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for sharp, performance-driven people to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Manage $10,000–$40,000 / day in paid media spend across multiple accounts.
• Facilitate client communication for 5–8 accounts, managing ad spend.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring campaigns hit performance metrics.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance, delivering clear insights and optimizations.
• Prepare and deliver monthly client reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable analysis.
• Support the Director with data acquisition, campaign insights, and quarterly / annual reviews.
