The Director, Client Services, provides strategic and operational leadership across the department.
This role oversees a portfolio of accounts, supports the development of senior staff, drives departmental goals, and ensures outstanding service delivery.
The Director plays a key role in setting vision, driving efficiency, and scaling impact.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Lead departmental strategy and guide execution of major accounts.
Supervise Associate Directors and ensure alignment across account teams.
Oversee implementation of performance standards, workflows, and service models.
Partner with leadership across Engineering / Products, Programmatic Trading, and Media Planning, and Business Development to align on priorities.
Monitor and improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Own departmental reporting and performance tracking.
Facilitate professional development programs for client services staff.
Serve as executive escalation point for complex client issues.
Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and hiring decisions.
Submit timesheet approvals and expense reports on time.
Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirement 8+ years of client services experience in advertising, public affairs, or digital media, preferred. 4+ years in people management with oversight of managers and cross-functional teams, preferred.
Demonstrated success scaling teams, improving systems, and driving results.
Excellent strategic thinking, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
