Key Responsibilities :
- Calendar & Travel Management : Oversee and coordinate a dynamic, fast-paced executive schedule, arrange appointments, and manage domestic and international travel logistics.
- Communication : Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Project Support : Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare regular reports on project progress.
- Event Coordination : Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Administrative Support : Handle routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties.
- Personal Assistance : Occasionally manage personal tasks and household responsibilities for the executive, including coordinating personal appointments, errands, and family-related needs.
