Compensation : $90,000 - $175,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

What You'll Do :

Manage contract deals and sell financial products that meet customer needs

Build strong relationships that enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Train and support the sales team on financing options and best practices

Follow up with customers to ensure a positive and complete ownership experience

Uphold compliance standards while maintaining a customer-first approach

What We're Looking For :

3-5 years of experience in automotive finance management (F&I Manager or similar)

Proven ability to meet F&I targets and deliver excellent customer service

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Positive attitude, stability in prior roles, and a team-oriented mindset

Familiarity with dealership software and finance compliance procedures
