Territory Sales Manager - Hospitality & Multi-family Residential

Phoenix, AZ based territory

Territory sales in Greater Phoenix area - no office / commuting

Client Summary :

Our client is a global leader in high-end commercial gym equipment, treadmills, spin cycles, exercise bikes, weights, digital fitness and health solutions. They have a great remote sales opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager specializing in the hospitality and commercial-residential verticals.

You'd sell into a network of hotels, resorts, and multi-family residential locations like condominiums, apartments, hi-rises, and community club houses.

Salary & Benefits :

$75k base salary with uncapped bonus and commission plan

$125k estimated 1st year earnings

$150k OTE

Uncapped commission plan - Top earners make $200k+

Additional Benefits including health benefits, PTO / Vacation plan, phone, laptop, and retirement plan

Job Summary :

Our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their Field Sales team for the Club Fitness vertical. The role will focus on growing your sales network, new business development, and account growth. A typical day is spent in the field visiting with 5-10 prospective clients in need of fitness solutions for their gyms or fitness centers.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer / prospect visits in line with company sales code

What you should bring :

  • At least 3 years' sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar territory development sales role
  • Sales experience with Hospitality clients
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
  • Result-driven approach
  • Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
