Associate Director of Finance

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Business Unit by analyzing financial drivers and providing recommendations

Oversee P&L management, analyzing top and bottom-line drivers, and offering insights to financial management

Develop and report performance metrics (KPIs) to measure progress aligned with strategic business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

8+ years of experience in financial, business, and strategic planning

Master of Business Administration or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

5+ years of experience in forecasting and modeling, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment

Experience in both private and public companies
