Were looking for a seasoned Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who wants to make an impact at a global scale. In this role, youll partner with Microsoft Security Engineering leaders and help shape their people strategies, culture, and leadership practices.

The Microsoft Security organization is integral to every product, service, and solution we develop, focusing on building and deploying cyber defense and proactive technologies for our customers and partners. Collaborating closely with other product engineering groups, this team ensures the safety, privacy, and security of the ecosystems we serve.
