Job description

Regulus Group is seeking an experienced Program Analyst (PA) to support the FAA. The selected candidate will bring a diverse set of skills, ranging from managing the client's schedule and meetings, ensuring easy access to briefings and talking points, to overseeing all program actions by tracking and addressing them promptly. Additionally, the PA will excel in creating and maintaining key deliverables, including briefings for Internal Program Reviews (IPRs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Joint Resource Council (JRC) decision meetings, as well as reports like Program Status Reports (PSRs), Acquisition Quarterly Program Reviews (AQPRs), and JRC artifacts such as Business Case Analysis Reports (BCAR) or Shortfall Analysis Reports (SAR). They will also be adept at developing talking points for topics like vendor updates, congressional inquiries, etc. The PA will work closely with the Program Team, Group Manager(s), Director / Deputy Director, Vice President's Office, and external stakeholders. They will effectively lead meetings, foster engagement from key participants, and manage meeting minutes and action items. In some cases, they may also assist with the preparation and processing of travel authorizations and vouchers, or serve as the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) Lead / Manager for the program. Familiarity with the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS) and JRC process is highly desirable. We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven individual who is a self-starter, ready to make valuable contributions and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform multiple and varied program management type of assignments for the government client with general / minimal direction from a team lead or manager.
  • Work as an individual contributor and / or member of a team for project / program office.
  • Utilize MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word to prepare documents and reports.
  • Demonstrate competency in development of quality presentations or reports for the government program.
  • Contribute effectively to team lead, manager, upper management and government client as an indispensable team member through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing opportunities and seek to enhance skills through training and job experience.
  • Facilitate / participate in company and government meetings and manage / track actions; promptly distribute to project / team lead, manager or government client.
  • Assist / develop presentations or reports for manager, project / team lead or government client.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests / actions.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Requirements

  • Five years of relevant experience
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Strong analytical background and good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in program management is ideal.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance.

    Salary Range : $78,300 - $132,000

    The listed salary range serves as a general guideline. Regulus Group considers several factors when determining final base salary offers, including the specific scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, location, education, skills, and contract assignment.
