Director of Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Own P&L forecast cycles and long-range planning, building integrated financial models

Manage monthly reporting, KPI analysis, and establish accountability across departments

Lead a growing FP&A team, enhancing reporting infrastructure and supporting corporate deliverables

Required Qualifications

10+ years in FP&A or Strategic Finance in fintech or financial services

Expertise in financial modeling and understanding of lending unit economics

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and familiar with BI tools like Tableau

Hands-on experience with SQL or a scripting language such as Python or R

MBA or equivalent experience preferred
