Some things you can expect to do:
- Assist and grow regional field teams with use of Ryan’s scheduling standard practices.
- Periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and/or reviewing schedules
- Facilitate collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with Ryan project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders
- Work cooperatively with Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations
- Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior
- Act as a resource to project construction teams
- Work in collaboration with Developers, Designers, Pre-Construction, Project Managers and Field Managers
- Travel for projects as needed throughout the year (up to 50%)
You will really stand out if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- You have advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems, and are fluent with MS Project and are familiar with Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling software
- You have an understanding of field operations and building construction techniques
- You are able to work cooperatively with others and have excellent oral and communication skills in individual and group settings
- You display a positive attitude and are a self-starter who
