Supply Chain Manager

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee supply chain operations and implement continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the planning team to convert forecasts into supply plans and manage adjustments

Monitor inventory-to-sales ratios and manage safety stock strategies to optimize inventory health

Participate in monthly S&OP cycles, scenario planning, and risk assessments in collaboration with various teams

Qualifications

5+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics roles, preferably in consumer goods or retail

Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, focusing on inventory and purchasing modules

Deep experience in managing inventory and supply planning

Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and standardization
