Vice President, Global Marketing

We are on a journey of global growth at an important time in the Cybersecurity profession and are seeking a Vice President, Global Marketing to help us grow. You will have proven marketing leadership experience, preferably with a global non-profit association with certification programs, to develop, direct, implement and champion a highly effective global marketing strategy.
The Vice President, Global Marketing will lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies focused on driving member engagement, product adoption, exam and training revenue, and digital commerce growth. This role leads efforts in product marketing, performance and progression marketing, eCommerce, B2B enterprise marketing, and channel partner marketing. You will be an agile leader, who can balance strategy with the ability to react and adapt quickly to an ever-changing market and customer environment. The role requires thinking from "outside in" based on a rigorous approach to understanding the market / customer with a strong understanding for analytics, navigates complex issues and is comfortable with the change management necessary to drive transformation.
Responsibilities include : developing and leading the global marketing strategy across product marketing, progression / lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and eCommerce to drive member engagement, growth and revenue; owning the creation and execution of marketing plans that move candidates through the funnel; defining and overseeing implementation of KPIs; directing the strategy and positioning for product go-to-market efforts; guiding segmentation and personalization strategies; driving digital marketing strategy; leading eCommerce marketing efforts; building and owning direct marketing strategies for B2B enterprise customers; creating and managing global channel partner marketing programs; partnering closely with Sales and Product teams; managing marketing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration; and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Management responsibility includes expert knowledge and experience in directing and leading a global team in the processes and tools for the creation and promotion of different content formats, for both digital and traditional marketing formats; leading, coaching, and developing a global marketing team; setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and career development paths.
Qualifications include advanced knowledge and leadership in creative communication, eCommerce and product marketing; expert level knowledge and experience directing others in effectively managing the utilization of external services; passionate about marketing and customer focused; strategic marketing planning capability with advanced knowledge and experience of developing digital marketing, global eCommerce, product and channel marketing strategies; experience working with different executive stakeholders and managing expectations; experience with global associations that service multiple member types, preferably including certifications; experience with website and related eCommerce platform experience with products like Sitecore, CMS etc; advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
Education and work experience include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required, Master's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred; minimum of 15 years related marketing operations, leadership and brand-building experience.
Physical and mental demands include up to 20% travel required; work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary; remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods; regular use of office equipment such as a computer / laptop and monitor computer screens; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
