We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Seaside Audiology. As the primary point of contact for our patients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service from the moment they step in until their departure. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing invaluable support to our patients. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and possess strong organizational skills, we invite you to apply for this position. The position is in Huntington Beach, CA. The hours are Tuesday and Thursday – 11AM-5PM. Potential for more hours is available after training.

Primary Job Functions :

Customer Service :

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
• Prioritize and respond to phone messages promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Greet, assist, and guide patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while adhering to scheduling protocols.
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling patient information.
• Generate and present reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis as required.
• Adhere to safety and infection protocols at all times.
