Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage follow-up on unpaid claims and submit appeals for denied claims

Audit accounts for accuracy and ensure timely processing of billing errors

Maintain documentation of account activities and assist in resolving issues with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certification required; associate degree preferred

3-5 years of experience in a corporate medical collections role

Knowledge of patient accounting processes and healthcare terminology preferred

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Dependable in production and attendance with strong organizational skills
