We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Banking Specialist to join our FS Call & Operations team in Draper, UT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with financial data, and is committed to accuracy and quality.

Key responsibilities include :

• Data entry : Accurately input financial and customer information into internal systems.
• Reconciliations : Perform daily account and transaction reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monetary transactions : Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial movements with precision and compliance.
• Form reviewing : Examine and validate banking forms for completeness and correctness.
• Quality assurance : Conduct audits and checks to maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance.
• Documentation : Maintain organized records of transactions and communications.
• Issue resolution : Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial data.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.
