Assist K–12 students in maintaining academic focus and classroom engagement by filling in as a Substitute Paraprofessional. This role provides day-to-day support for schools needing immediate or short-term coverage in general education or special education classrooms.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior classroom experience or direct work with children

Ability to follow teacher instruction and support student accommodations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability and willingness to travel to local school sites

Comfort working with a wide range of student behaviors and needs

Key Responsibilities :

Help students stay on task during instructional time

Supervise students during transitions, recess, and lunch periods

Support teachers by reinforcing academic or behavioral strategies

Assist with documentation or behavior tracking as requested

Create an inclusive and respectful environment for all students

Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
