Description

As the Lab Manager you'll leverage your extensive knowledge of lab management, cannabis extraction, formulation, and analysis to drive strategic objectives, maintaining efficiency and high-quality standards throughout our processes.

What does the day-to-day look like?

You'll oversee our cannabis laboratory operations, ensuring efficient processing and high-quality product development. You'll manage a team dedicated to extraction, formulation, and analysis, optimizing lab workflows, and maintaining strict quality standards.

Your role involves enhancing procedures, training staff, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to keep our lab at the forefront of innovation.

So, who are we looking for?

You'd be an great fit if you :

• Are at least 21 years of age or older.
• Obtained your High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Currently or previously worked in a licensed cannabis laboratory with general knowledge of lab, distillation, or alcohol production.
• Have at least 2 years of lab management (3+ years as a chemist or biologist in a laboratory setting preferred).
• Are proficient in using laboratory equipment such as HPLC and Gas Chromatography.
• Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office and lab management software, with a keen ability to conduct detailed analyses and generate reports.
• Exhibit excellent leadership qualities, capable of training and guiding lab personnel effectively.
