Payroll Transformation Project Specialist - INTL India

Insight Global is looking for a French / France Payroll Specialist located in India to support a large payroll project (transitioning to a new payroll software) for an end client in the Information Services industry.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the standard responsibilities of running payroll for internal employees specific to procedures and guidelines for France. This resource will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Oversee and execute monthly payroll processing for France using ADP or Strada Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain and validate payroll data in the payroll system, ensuring seamless integration with Workday.
• Serve as the primary contact for Workday Help tickets related to payroll, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee queries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data and reports.
• Support statutory filings, year-end reporting, and compliance with French labor and tax regulations.
• Assist in testing and validating payroll system updates and integration enhancements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed of changes in French payroll legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.
