Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position available for a senior electrical engineer. This role focuses on electrical design for dams, hydropower and utility engineering projects, planning and specifications for bidding and construction, project management and technical leadership on large or complex projects, construction administration and site visits, staff mentoring, and client management. Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• The design of electrical systems for dams, hydropower and utility engineering projects
• Preparing plans and specifications of electrical systems for bidding and construction
• Project management and / or technical leadership on large and / or complex projects
• Providing construction administration and site visits
• Mentoring staff; coordinating work and communication between subcontractors, teaming partners and suppliers
• Client management

Salary range : $103,000 to $144,000. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience, skill set or location.
