What You'll Do as a Construction Superintendent :

  • Lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal staff to uphold Woodard's standards of quality.
  • Manage on-site materials and logistics to maintain project flow without interruption.
  • Cultivate transparent communication with customers, bolstering their trust and satisfaction.
  • Document project progression meticulously, meeting all operational timelines.
  • Conduct regular updates on project timelines and adjustments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

What It Takes as a Construction Superintendent :

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in the construction field, with a track record of successful project management.
  • A knack for problem-solving, coupled with outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Agility in managing numerous tasks, pivoting effectively to meet the evolving demands of projects.
  • A valid driver's license, with the capacity to pass both a background check and drug screening and the responsibility of operating a company vehicle.
