Monthly compensation ranging from 1,150 to 1,220 USD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from potential clients
• Gathering and documenting essential case information with accuracy
• Assessing lead quality and converting inquiries into viable cases
• Collaborating with the intake team to meet performance goals
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with diverse callers
• Adapting to changing call volumes and lead flow
