Drive the beat : Cruise around town in a box truck, delivering Red Bull to stores and keeping shelves stocked.

Energize your sales skills : You'll meet with store owners and managers, supporting them, recommending Red Bull products and maximizing sales.

Customer service with a Red Bull kick : Provide friendly, efficient service that keeps our customers happy and coming back for more.

Compensation & Benefits :

Route-based Base Pay + High-Commission Structure : Roughly $44,000 total

Lucrative Incentives : Achieve targets and overlay incentives for increased earnings.

Projected Annual Earnings : $45,000 - $60,000

Average Annual Earnings for First Year : $50,000 - $55,000

Training : When you work at Hay, we want you to know that you are a valued member of the company. You will be assigned someone to work with you one-on-one for in-the-field training while also having foundational materials at your fingertips with an app, a supportive Training Manager who will ensure a successful training, and your manager who will be checking in on you as well all while receiving pay during training.

We're looking for self-motivated, reliable individuals with a clean driving record, a positive attitude, and a can-do spirit. Basic computer skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs. are required. Sales experience (especially DSD experience) is a plus!

Requirements

Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager

Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull)

Have a valid driver’s license for 2+ years with proof of insurance

Clean Driving Record (No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) for the past 3 years, No DWI charges in the last 5 years

Must pass a drug test

21+ years of age

Basic accounting and math skills

Customer Service Experience, at least 1 year. Work with DSD preferred

Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills

Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification

High school diploma or GED required
