Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 2912 North West Street  Flagstaff, Arizona 86004

Incentives :  $5,000 Bonus and $350 / month Student Debt Benefit

Schedule : Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Compensation :   Salaried, Starting at $76,000.00 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
