Job Description & Duties Involved :
Required Education & Experience :
Process Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders / invoices for utilities for all Operating Companies including researching payment issues working with vendors (+).
Working closely with Accounts Payable, vendor maintenance to ensure vendors are setup correctly and payments are made in a timely manner.
- Sypris reporting for global sustainability ( reports).
- Maintaining Purchase Order tracker for utilities.
- Running budget reports to ensure funds are available to create Purchase Requisitions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

- Financial Analyst or finance / accounting background.
- Experience with processing Purchase orders, knowledge of budgeting, working closely with vendors, experience of SAP preferred or equivalent ERP system, intermediate excel skills, detail oriented, and ability to work independently.
