NEOGOV is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Salesforce Administrator & Developer to join our salesforce operations team. You will play a key role in the upkeep, design, process analysis, and maintenance of the system. Responsibilities will be split between Administration, Development, and Architecture of NEOGOV's Salesforce platform, adhering to design best practices while paying special attention to upstream and downstream impacts of all organizational requests and needs.

What You Will do

• Advisor on best practices driving more efficient ways to optimize systems and processes
• Lead the development, administration, and maintenance of the Sales and Service Cloud platforms including workflow management, user management, case management, security settings, and data integrity
• Identify inefficiencies within the Sales and Service Cloud platforms, focusing on process improvement, enhancements, and cleanup
• Build and support organization via ongoing development using coding languages
• Play a key role in the integration and management of 3rd party systems connected to salesforce, including finance, sales, marking, and service oriented tools, as well as Mulesoft and Zapier
• Partner with IT and Product Development teams to create and maintain system integrations to maximize Salesforce as a central source of truth
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Streamline case management process while providing support and training for Customer Support team
• Collaborate with the service and support stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations to enhance Service Cloud functionalities
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, features and recommend best practices for optimal system performance
• Actively participate in team meetings and be a part of planning and design sessions with the internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions
