• Operar un montacargas y gatos para tarimas.
• Seleccionar productos para enviarlos a tiendas.
• Envolver y etiquetar los productos apilados y ordenarlos en hilera en el área de montaje para envíos salientes.
• Acatar las reglamentaciones gubernamentales y de la compañía en lo que se refiere a seguridad e higiene.
• Cumplir las medidas de reducción, incluyendo el control de desperdicios, mercaderías dañadas e informe de robos.
• Limpiar el área de trabajo, barrer los pasillos del depósito, sacar la basura y limpiar las mercaderías dañadas.
• Nivelar los palets.
• Preferentemente con experiencia en manejo de montacargas y gatos para tarimas.
• Capacidad para representar una cultura de afecto y la búsqueda de la excelencia™ a través de las bases firmes de Big Y™ (Carácter, colaboración, desarrollo personal, acciones y resultados.)
• Buena disposición para aprender y realizar otras funciones según se las asignen.
• Debe proyectar una imagen de pulcritud y profesionalismo.
• Debe poder trabajar en equipo con una actitud positiva y conducta pragmática.
• Capacidad para operar siguiendo las políticas, los procedimientos y las normas de la compañía.
• Capacidad para trabajar horarios flexibles de acuerdo con las necesidades del departamento.
• Atención a los detalles, precisión y seguimiento.
• Capacidad para aprender y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas.
• Debe tener 18 años de edad.
• Debe dar su consentimiento para una prueba de detección de drogas, una investigación de antecedentes y un examen físico al momento de la contratación o la transferencia al empleo, y debe pasarlas.
