Job descriptionEnsures timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and other key financial documents. Manages monthly General Ledger closings, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Supports financial forecasting and performance evaluation through analysis of cash flows, store operations, and capital expenditures. Collaborates with store and department managers to implement financial procedures and provide training on reporting tools and policies. Recruits, develops, and evaluates accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance reviews. Degree in Accounting. Public Accounting experience preferred. Five years' accounting and management experience.
