As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated residential locations to help provide a secure environment for residents and guests. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service to all residents, guests, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or potential concerns.

Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by verifying identification and / or credentials of individuals entering the location as required.

Document incidents, observations, and / or actions taken during shifts in detailed reports, in accordance with Allied Universal standards.

Support emergency response activities as directed, including guiding residents and / or guests during incidents.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
