What You'll Do :

Gain hands-on experience with the tools and resources used to support FBFS agents and field team members

• Support product owners
• Maintain and manage team SharePoint Sites

Dive into the Agent Experience - analyzing it, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to their success

Receive structured, hands-on training and develop a deep understanding of the agent experience, while also gaining exposure to sales and field leadership.
