Proposal Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Proposal Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead assigned proposals while managing multiple concurrent RFPs and deliverables

Collaborate with the commercial team and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, strategic responses

Own the full proposal lifecycle, including intake, coordination, and timely submission

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 1+ years in RFP response, sales operations, or enablement

Proven ability in project management and time management

Experience supporting sales teams with measurable impact

Familiarity with healthcare, RFP software, and technical content

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
