BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SPECIALIST

Full Time

Needed to provide behavioral interventions and other community support wraparound services to Adults in homes, personal care homes and clinic-based settings.

• Services are provided in conjuction with Primary Therapist, Case Manager and other team members.
• Flexible Hours are necessary
• Must be able to travel to other surrounding counties
• Must be able to work evenings and some weekends
• Position requires Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
