Vendor Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to support Commodity Programs managed by the Vendor Management group.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor program performance, including KPIs and compliance of Work Orders

Manage communications for process updates and general notices

Conduct regular audits of CMMS schedules and manage a shared mailbox for inquiries

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience in communicating with various levels of management

Strong organizational skills

Proactive approach to process improvement

Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures effectively
