Strategic Consultant - IT, HR

A company is looking for a Strategic SME Consultant - IT, HR, Training.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for proposals and solution development

Contribute to technical narratives, staffing plans, executive summaries, and other proposal sections

Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to align content with RFP objectives

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HR, IT, training, supply chain, leadership development, or organizational strategy

Proposal writing experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with federal contracting, especially RFPs, RFIs, or IDIQs

Experience working in a consulting or cross-functional project team setting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and modern collaboration tools
