Job description Insurance Transaction AssociateSenior Process AssociateMilwaukee, WIResponsibilities will include : Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines such as verifying documents, processing bills, analyzing data, responding to complaints / queries by mail, and interacting with vendors for order management depending on the process.

Executes client transactions i.e. attends to the transactions, verifies basic information, and closes customer query / issue as per defined SOP / parameters prescribed;

Ensures appropriate documentation of the upshot from the last transaction on the clients’ account.Resolves individual cases that need re-work to ensure a high C-Sat / NPS score from the end user.

Shares new information learned through handling difficult or unusual situations with the team lead and supervisorHas a good understanding of life insurance products and the insurance business.

Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of relevant work experience PreferredProven track record and experience working in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to meet high productivity and quality levels and tight deadlines for service delivery.

Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes and work with internal applications required to execute the responsibilities of this role.
