Manager of Product Education Engineering – HashiCorp

Lead a team of 4‑6 Education Engineers and Technical Writers to build online tutorials, documentation and interactive labs that help practitioners understand and use HashiCorp Terraform, Packer, Vagrant, Waypoint and Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, review and publishing of written documents, tutorials, videos, diagrams, code samples and in‑browser interactive labs for the HashiCorp Infrastructure Product Line.
• Shape content strategy based on educational best practices, adult learning theory, content analytics and corporate priorities.
• Deliver instructor‑led training at company conferences and support the creation and maintenance of certification exams as product SMEs.
• Collaborate with the developer portal team to improve the user experience and remove organizational barriers to cross‑team collaboration.
