Job Overview :
As our Install Field Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of HVAC and Electrical installers. You’ll set clear expectations, coach for growth, and hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, safety, and customer care. Working alongside the Install Coordinator and Team Leaders, you’ll keep projects on track, ensure flawless installations, and deliver a true 5-star experience every time for our customers.
What You’ll Do :
Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of HVAC and Electrical Install Technicians.Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, and regular ride-alongs.Train, coach, and develop technicians in technical skills and customer service.Ensure installs are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.Partner with the Install Coordinator and Team Leaders to hit company goals.Perform quality control inspections and manage recall training.Implement the Nexstar Install Customer Service Process and uphold company standards.Qualifications :
Proven experience leading and motivating a team — you know how to coach, hold others accountable, and get results.Strong communicator with excellent organization and follow-through skills.Comfortable using technology, scheduling tools, and performance tracking software.Experience in HVAC, electrical, or construction management is a plus, but not required.Committed to continuous improvement, teamwork, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.Familiarity with Nexstar systems or similar service processes is a bonus.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.If you’re ready to lead a winning team and grow your career, apply today!
