A company is looking for a Software Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide help desk support by troubleshooting user queries and ensuring resolution of systems-related issues
Collaborate with various departments to support software systems and assist in training and transition for newly-acquired properties
Participate in the development and testing of software enhancements and provide customer service through reporting and demonstrations
Required Qualifications
Prior experience with Yardi software is required
College degree in information systems, education / training, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
Experience in a support role with a strong working knowledge of property management software
Proficiency in project management skills to oversee multiple properties or projects
Employment history demonstrating the ability to design and provide software training and support
