About The Role

As the Senior Category Manager at Feastables, you will leverage your analytical skills to dissect category and shopper data, comprehend market dynamics, and decode consumer behavior. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming complex datasets into strategic initiatives, fueling category growth and fine-tuning our market approach for optimal performance.

By closely monitoring and interpreting market indicators, you will provide critical insights that drive product development, assortment planning, and promotional strategies. What You'll Be Doing

• Provide in-depth category analysis to uncover key drivers of performance, offering strategic recommendations for category growth in line with Feastables' business objectives and the MrBeast brand
• Advance our analytics capabilities from mere data collection to generating insightful, actionable business strategies, employing a holistic "What, So What, Now What" approach
• Create sophisticated analytical documentation and reports, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and insightful for category management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on cross-functional projects, providing category insights to inform broader commercial strategies
• Analyze syndicated panel data and shopper insights to identify trends and opportunities in consumer shopping behavior
• Continuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the CPG landscape
