Financial Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst, Stock Plan Services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise on the equity compensation recordkeeping system and related accounting guidance

Field questions and educate clients on report data retrieval and award structuring in the system

Support Conversion Managers with client onboarding and identify system enhancement opportunities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of client-facing financial services experience

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Must be self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize competing deadlines

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship
