Summary :
Ascentria is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in covering the following tasks. Processing biweekly payroll for a workforce of 1,000+, maintaining accurate payroll records, and assisting in the processing of employee changes and backup for Worker’s Compensation
This position is 40 hours / week hybrid position (2 days in the office and 3 days remote) with benefits, including health, dental, paid holidays and paid time off!
Essential Responsibilities :
Payroll :
- Processes bi-weeklypayroll information bycollecting, calculating, and enteringdatato ensurepayrollaccuracy.
- Prepare and printmanualchecks in both theUKG system andrecord in thebanking system as needed.
- Responds timelytoemployee and manager questions and requests related to payrolland time off benefits.
- Obtain, reviewand analyzepayroll reports and related documents receivedfrom third partyprocessor(s)fordata accuracyand relevance.
- Researchand interpret information as required to respond to third partypayrollinquiries. Create management andotherrelevant reports as requested.
- Maintain employee confidenceand protects payrolloperations bykeepinginformation confidential.
