Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an upbeat and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence. We are looking for hands-on engineering leaders with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering : distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build new cloud centric applications from the ground up. We are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on hard-working new initiatives. Responsibilities

As a director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams - 10+ years of experience leading and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects from concept to production - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related engineering field
