Your Role : Talent Development Specialist

As our Talent Development Specialist, you'll be at the heart of employee growth - delivering training programs that inspire, engage, and stick. You'll own our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), making learning accessible, exciting, and easy to navigate. Think of yourself as the bridge between knowledge and people, creating experiences that truly empower our team to shine.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate high-quality, engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting content to meet diverse learning needs.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), including updating content, assigning courses, and tracking user progress.
• Monitor training participation and measure effectiveness using records, feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Update and enhance training materials, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
• Reinforce learning through follow-up and collaboration with managers, helping employees apply new skills on the job.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth, seamless execution of all training programs.
• Stay current on emerging training methodologies, tools, and industry trends to keep our programs fresh and impactful.
