Position : Construction Defect Lawyer
Location : Houston, TX
I am working with a well-established law firm thaat specializes in comprehensive civil litigation, from initial pre-suit notices to post-verdict motions.
The firms emphasizes is on effective representation at trial, ensuring their clients receive the highest level of advocacy.
Experience Required of the Construction Defect Lawyer :
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Defect Law
- Strong background in handling cases involving defects in residential or commercial construction projects
- Additional experience in premise liability, auto liability, wrongful death, and product liability is advantageous
Qualifications of the Construction Defect Lawyer :
- Minimum 5 years of defense litigation experience
- Trial experience preferred
- Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
- Proficiency in mediations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to billable hours of 160 per month
Responsibilities of the Construction Defect Lawyer :
- Independently manage a litigation caseload
- Represent builders, developers, contractors, and other parties involved in construction defect cases
- Conduct mediations effectively
- Maintain regular client contact, both written and oral
