An excellent opportunity with a growing and prestigious regional independent insurance agency is seeking a talented Marketing Leader. This individual will manage a team of marketers to place new commercial lines business, handle larger renewals requiring market expertise, and facilitate the transfer of new accounts to the commercial service team once coverage is bound.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands-on management of complex and sophisticated accounts
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Marketing team and Producers in training
- Foster excellent carrier relationships through virtual and in-person meeting
- Strong negotiation skills with carrier underwriters
