Responsibilities :

• Coordinate volunteer schedules, assignments, and logistics to ensure seamless integration with our care teams
• Recruit, orient, and train new volunteers, fostering a sense of community and ownership among team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and businesses to identify potential volunteer opportunities
• Plan and execute special events, fundraisers, and campaigns to promote our organization and raise awareness about our mission
• Monitor and report on volunteer program metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes as needed
• Collaborate with our care teams to ensure that volunteer efforts align with patient needs and outcomes
