Overview
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant (32 hours / week) on behalf of a global financial services organization that provides innovative payment and remittance solutions. This position offers the opportunity to support executive leadership and oversee daily office operations across international teams.
POSITION OVERVIEW : The Office Manager / Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting executive leadership and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires a professional who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish , as it involves ongoing communication across international offices. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

Compensation and Benefits
$55,000 – $65,000 DOE ($26.44 – $31.25 / hr) plus benefits upon conversion, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and supplemental), paid time off, and 401(k).
