Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

Manage delivery and review of federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals

Provide strategic tax planning and advice on complex tax issues and transactions

Oversee and review tax provisions in compliance with U.S. GAAP (ASC 740)

Develop client relationships and deliver comprehensive solutions in collaboration with other firm service lines

Mentor, train, and supervise junior professionals

Implement best practices in risk management and technical tax delivery

Stay current on U.S. tax regulations, domestic and international

Build firm reputation and support business development efforts
