Junior Logistics Operations Specialist

Then we need your support as a Junior Logistics Operations Specialist (m / w / d).

The delivery on the last mile is one of the most important factors in the supply chain of the construction industry. As part of the operations control center (OCC) team, you will ensure that the handling of deliveries runs smoothly, open questions are resolved quickly, and our service level delights customers.

Job Description

  • Disposition of open delivery orders on our delivery partner network of over 250 delivery partners in Germany
  • Coordination and monitoring of time-critical deliveries on the last mile
  • Participation in the tendering of tours and charter requests in our delivery partner network
  • Close cooperation with our delivery partners to solve problems and expand the relationship

Qualifications

  • Completed training in logistics or comparable studies
  • 1-2 years of work experience in disposition, operational transport control, etc.
  • Friendly demeanor and good communication with delivery partners and customers
  • Willingness to learn, hands-on mentality, and assertiveness
  • Experience in using logistics software
  • Fluent German in speech and writing, basic English knowledge
